Just purchased one last week and I have to say just fantastic !!Super light like just over 2 pounds, ordered the loaded version a 500GB M.2 SSD and room for a second, and 16GB Ram. And the I7 8550 chip 4.0 ghz speed this laptop just flies through anything I have thrown at it, multimedia, movies, video editing, gaming. The battery last me 6 to 9 hours depends on what you are doing and your settings, charges quickly great speed and WiFi is great distance mimo product.Totally happy with my purchase and I also purchase a acer extended 3 year warranty for a little more for a peace of mind.

Purchased as Open Box purchase with a condition of Like-New. Out of the box the computer seemed fine. Once we started to install software, it quickly became apparent that the notebook had keyboard and/or motherboard issues in that is responded erratically to keyboard and mouse instructions.

Laptop form, weight, and specs are great. Nice display. Mine had the space bar issue where it wouldn’t register keystrokes if hit on the left side or the right side. It needed to be hit towards the middle. After a few days of trying to adjust where my thumb hit, it was enough for me to send the device back. Couple of other annoyances, the speakers vibrate above 70% and the fan occasionally would make a strange electrical noise. I really liked the laptop but just couldn’t live with the space bar not registering keystrokes consistently.

No complaints so far. Handles everything I need it for. Got me through a Java coding bootcamp. Also handles sims 4 like a pro.

I’ve only had this computer five months. Already the sound card is not working. Tech support is useless. Will never buy an Acer again. It’s a piece of crap!!

I was first skeptical about this device after reading a few reviews about this ultrabook. A lot of people were complaining about the space bar not recognizing keystrokes, but I have had no such problem. This ultrabook is very light and small so it makes a very convenient device for traveling. The Core i7 is a powerful processor but this is still a thin laptop so I don’t recommend making the laptop do any heavy lifting unless you want the fans to sound like a mini jet engine. The touch screen is nothing fancy and requires you to press a bit harder on it than most other touch screens, and it’s sometimes hard to see on the screen when you’re outside and the sun is out.It took some time for me to get used to the keyboard since I hadn’t used a laptop this small before. But after using it for about a week I enjoyed typing on it.The speakers on this ultrabook are better than the ones on any of my previous laptops but I’ve only had 3 laptops including this one so I don’t know exactly what good laptop speakers are.The biggest downside to this device to me is that the USB ports are on the right side of the ultrabook. If you connect a mouse with a wire to the laptop, you have a higher chance of accidentally bumping into it and maybe bending the connector. But aside from that, I would say this ultrabook is one of the better once out there. I especially recommend it as a laptop for school.

I love the light weight of this computer; however, it not that great when it comes to battery life specially for heavy users. I usually have to carry the charger with me, otherwise the battery goes down even if it on sleep mode. It was working good when I first got it, but after a year of use, it is the most noticeable downside of this laptop.

I use this product to my work, to work with a lot of datas, and it is wonderful!

I have the i5 version. Perfect for complimenting my gaming laptop when I’m not willing to lug it to work. This thing is so light it’s unbelievable that Acer was able to fit a 14″ touchpanel in it. So far have no qualms about recommending this unit. My unit doesn’t have the spacebar problem and I find battery life is acceptable considering its weight. My i5 version only came with a 256gb ssd so I’ve added a 1tb samsung 860 evo in the second slot. Was plug and play. I only wish the original ssd was nvme.

I have the Core i7 version of this product. There is no other machine like it. Less than 1kg! I love it!
